Product Introduction

The S11 series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer is engineered to deliver low losses, quiet operation, and high energy efficiency. Designed for sustainable performance, it contributes to significant energy savings while minimizing environmental impact. The transformer’s fully sealed construction ensures complete isolation from ambient air, effectively slowing oil degradation and insulation aging. This design enhances operational reliability and enables maintenance-free operation over an extended service life.

Product features

1. Reduced Load Loss and No-Load Current
The core is constructed using imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which substantially lower no-load loss and no-load current, improving overall energy efficiency.
2. High Short-Circuit Strength
Both high-voltage and low-voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper for superior conductivity and durability. For ratings up to 500kVA, the low-voltage windings utilize a double-layer cylindrical structure. Units rated 630kVA and above feature double-helix or four-helix configurations, while high-voltage windings adopt a multilayer cylindrical design. Models of 1000kVA and above incorporate foil winding technology, delivering excellent resistance to short-circuit stresses.
3. Improved Power Supply Quality
Equipped with a Dyn11 connection group, the transformer effectively mitigates harmonic interference with the power grid, ensuring stable and high-quality power output.
4. Extended Service Life
The fully sealed structural design protects internal components from moisture and oxidation, significantly prolonging operational life.
5. Low Noise Performance
Measured noise levels consistently remain below standard requirements, making the transformer suitable for noise-sensitive installations.
6. Reduced Installation Time
For units rated 2000kVA and above, a terminal box is available to streamline on-site installation. This configuration also raises the protection rating to IP54, offering enhanced durability for critical components.
